1) After launching Mail, select Mail and then Preferences |
2) You’ll see the General Preferences frame. Click on Accounts |

3) To create a new account, click on the + box at the lower left corner |
4) Enter the name you'd like to appear on outgoing email in the Full Name field. Enter your complete e-mail address and password (case sensitive), then click Continue |

5) Select IMAP on the Account Type field. Enter your account description, then mail.yourdomainname.com on the Incoming Mail Server field, then click Continue |
6) Enter your account description, then mail.yourdomainname.com on the Incoming Mail Server field. Check the Use Authentication box, then click Continue |

7) You’ll see the Account Summary frame. If everything looks OK, click Create |
8) You’ll see the account frame with all the fields completed. You can select the Mailbox Behaviors tab to customize your account if you’d like. Enjoy your new E-mail account! |
