After many years of working with medical and dental practices to develop websites, we've found that many of these projects take a long time to complete. Providers and practice managers are busy, and these items are not usually their first priority.
With this in mind, we prefer to bill in the first months of website development. Details of this and other policies are shown below:
Website Development
We will bill $500 when we begin production on your website – the balance is billed at the end of the following month or when the site is completed, whichever comes first.
Website Hosting
We begin hosting your site when we start uploading pages to your domain name for your approval during site construction - billing will begin on the first day of the following month. We bill for the upcoming year; sorry, but refunds are not available for early termination.
Payment Terms
Our terms are net 30 days. Our federal tax ID number is 61-1669004.
